  I wrote a review on trip advisor. Needles to say Vikki had it removed. I was charged 299$ per night and was told 5 *. At best it's a2*. We're well worldly traveled individuals. When the place was empty and not at peak season. Many reasons to distain the owners and property. Old, unmaintained, definitely not accurate reviews on any site you visit. This 5* hotel is the biggest joke in Florida. To make along story short. At 10am I left for coffee with a late check-out. Normal check-out time 10:30. A couple and a dog rented the facilities. I, myself, alone left and the owners lingered in the area of my room. Not 10 min passed and they entered my room with my partner sleeping in. Luckily I called her and warned of their presence. Vikki walked directly in knocking and entering at the same time. She entered empty handed saying she came to do house cleaning. The place was out dated seems to have the same furniture bedding and appliances from the 50's or 60's when it opened. We were refunded, offered another night free and asked to not blast them on trip advisor. Fraud. Cash or personal check only. The boyfriend appeared to be nervous, fidgity, and was sketchy. Nobody's deserves this uncomfortableness and lack of trust. We both felt our privacy was invaded.
